Hi, I’m Bond Finseth, an Army veteran turned real estate agent, passionate about helping military families and investors navigate the housing market around Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) and the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
In 2020, I made a PCS move to JBLM during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, purchasing a duplex sight unseen to househack with my pregnant wife. It was a leap of faith, relying solely on virtual tours and pictures, but it turned out to be one of the best decisions we ever made. That experience taught me the challenges and opportunities that come with relocating—especially for military families—and it fueled my desire to help others make confident, informed real estate decisions.
After spending years in the military, I understand the unique needs of service members and their families. Whether it’s finding the right neighborhood, navigating VA loans, or timing a move perfectly, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. My approach is personal because I’ve been in your shoes, balancing military life with family and big decisions.
Beyond helping military families, I’m also an experienced real estate investor. I currently own five doors and manage two of my properties myself. This hands-on experience has equipped me with the knowledge and insights to assist others interested in building wealth through real estate investments.
When I’m not working, I enjoy exploring the outdoors with my wife, son, baby daughter, and Doberman. From hiking and skiing to sailing and skydiving, I love everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
